Event Approvals

In light of COVID health and safety procedures, all student-run campus events must be submitted for approval for the Fall 2021 semester. Forms will be reviewed regularly and requestors will be notified of next steps as needed. Poster Approvals

All posters must be approved by the Campus Life office. You can email with a PDF copy of the posting to be approved and stamped digitally. View OSA’s full Posting Policy here.

Gear Closet

The Gear Closet lends out outdoor equipment to Pitzer students, free of charge. Hours of operation:

  • Mondays | 2:00 – 6:30 PM
  • Tuesday | 3:30 – 6:30 PM
  • Wednesdays | 2:00 – 6:30 PM
  • Thursdays | 2:00 – 7:00PM
  • Fridays | 10:00 AM – 6:30PM
  • Saturdays | closed
  • Sundays | 4:00 – 8:00 PM
